A senior broker at Friedman Real Estate requested a strategic social media campaign to promote a newly listed investment property: a free-standing Meineke Car Care Center secured by a newly executed 20-year Absolute NNN lease. The objective was to attract qualified investors, increase visibility, and present the asset as a stable, long-term passive income opportunity.
In collaboration with Marketing Director Josh DeOrnellas, I developed a multi-post campaign combining motion graphics, static design, and thought-leadership content tailored for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
