Carbona

App Design
This project I was responsible for selecting a global issue and to create an app that helps make a change. The issue I chose was climate change and the app I made is Carbona.


I started this project by first creating a concept board which consisted of selecting a brand and coming up with an idea. Then I created a user flow which is the path taken by a prototypical user on a website or app to complete a task. Then a site map which gave a blue print of the pages within the app and what the process is once the user is on a specific page. Then wireframes which demonstrated what the interface elements looked like and exist on the key pages.

The project provided me with knowledge on how to design an app that  makes an impact and adresses a global issue. This project also helped me understand the elements that go into UX and UI design.
