Bringing Joy to Every Moment: A Dove Chocolate x Candyland AR Experience

Through extensive research and creative execution, we designed an immersive AR experience in partnership with Candyland, leveraging Snapchat to enhance brand engagement. The campaign aimed to position Dove Chocolate as a brand that helps consumers celebrate life’s special moments.

Dove Chocolate needed a fresh, engaging way to connect with young mothers and differentiate itself in a competitive market. Our challenge was to:

- Conducted a comprehensive analysis of Dove Chocolate’s market position, strengths, and competition.
- Identified young urban mothers (ages 20-22 with a child) as the primary audience.
- Developed the campaign message: "Dove Chocolate, boosting happiness in every moment," with a call-to-action: "Celebrate your special moments with Dove."
- Campaign Concept
- Proposed a partnership with Candyland to create an interactive Augmented Reality (AR) journey on Snapchat.
- Designed five Candyland-themed AR locations in key urban areas, allowing users to explore immersive environments with their children.
- Users unlocked virtual character interactions and exclusive experiences, leading to the opportunity to purchase limited-edition Dove Chocolate packs.
- Leveraged social media and mom influencers to drive awareness and participation.
- Creative Execution
- Designed Candyland character-themed Bitmoji outfits and Snapchat filters to enhance engagement.
- Created key AR interface screens to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.



Conclusion:
This project allowed me to apply and refine my skills in branding, digital design, AR technology, and social media marketing. By combining market research, audience insights, and innovative digital experiences, we developed a campaign that effectively positioned Dove Chocolate as a brand that enhances joyful moments. The experience reinforced my expertise in crafting compelling brand narratives, designing interactive experiences, and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
